The Legacy of
Katalin Forrai (1926–2004) developed the early childhood strand of the Kodály Concept and its rigorous teacher-education model with his guidance. She was President of the International Society of Music Education (ISME), and Vice-President of the International Kodály Society (IKS). Her legacy is celebrated by the biennial International Katalin Forrai Award, described in the Member Area.
